Clear Education was formed in response to schools recruitment needs when the Work Force Reform was brought about in 2005, eliminating teachers from 24 administration tasks enabling them to have more PPA time, thus improving teaching and learning.

Clear Education recognised how specialised, school support staff roles are and how difficult it is to find school experienced, DBS checked cover at short notice, in these specialised areas, such as; School science technician, SIMS trained administrator.


High street agencies don’t understand the different workings of a school and teaching agencies often can’t find suitable support staff or charge too much.

As Clear Education tailors specifically for school support needs we are rarely short of technicians or SIMS administrators to name a couple of the specialised support roles we cover.


Clear Education branched into the market closely following DFE guidelines of recruitment. As we search for candidates specialising in school support on a full time basis, using our expertise we were able to provide specialist support staff, quicker and more cost effectively than the schools were able to provide for themselves at much shorter notice.
