  • We ensure that the schools budget is well spent and the school receive all the online line recruitment benefits available for a price cheaper than one news paper advertisement or recruiting internally.

  • We do NOT charge FULL release fees after ANY length of temporary contract.

Added Value

Included in our fees the school will receive the equivalent of over one weeks full time work completed by our consultant in the recruitment process.

The schools can take on a member of staff on a temporary basis then if the school decides to take that person on as a permanent role we offer fantastic rates for permanent fees. These fees also decrease the longer the temporary candidate has worked at the school through clear education, providing excellent value for money for the school.

We offer a meet and greet service at interview stage at the school.


We can handle the rejection and offering process.
 

We hold a back up list of candidates that can replace an existing candidate should the school lose the candidate.

PERMANENT RECRUITMENT - WHY USE US?

  • Schools may have to pay for a news paper advertisement just to see what candidates are out there. Some schools have paid for expensive advertising, spent a lot of time sending out application forms and not made a successful appointment.

  • By giving us a job spec we can send over C.V.s of fully referenced, checked and vetted immediately for the school to interview. If the candidate does not fit in to the school there is no cost or commitment to seeing our candidates.

  • Should the candidate decide to leave for another role, the school will not have to go through the time and cost of recruiting again, we will refund the recruitment cost or replace the candidate at no extra cost so you have a guarantee no funds will be wasted and the role is guaranteed to be filled.

  • We are fast at filling your role.

  • We are more cost effective than newspaper advertisements

  • Should you want a role filling in advance we can place all your ad’s on all the job sites we use for no cost. If the school did this it would cost £250 per add. We use the candidates for our data base and the school’s name is not disclosed on the job, we sift through the good and bad applicants for you.

  • All the candidates once presented to you are suitable for the role as we’ve already interviewed and vetted them all the school needs to do is see which personality fits.

  • We offer a meet and greet service for interviews held at the school as well as school tours, if required. We also deal with the offering and rejection process.

  • The school can take the candidate on a temporary basis to ensure they do the job well before offering them a permanent contract.

TEMPORARY COVER SERVICE - WHY USE US?

  • We personally visit all schools to ascertain the schools need.

  • We meet all of our candidates and complete a rigorous vetting procedure to ensure we find the best fit for the school.

  • We can assist with the schools own interviewing process should the school still wish to interview.

  • We hold free working day interviews

  • We can provide a list of fully DBS checked, referenced staff immediately for interview for no cost or commitment.

  • Should the candidate not take to the role as was hoped at interview there is no obligation to keep the temp on, even if the contract was a long-term maternity or sickness cover, should the school not be happy with the way the temp is working we can replace the next day without the school having to deal with the temp direct.

  • Aftercare is regularly carried out.

  • We run the payroll for the temp with an easy online timesheet approval system.

  • Invoice terms can vary to suit the school.

  • Our rates aim to be the most cost effective service for the school opposed to advertising and other agency use.

  • Should the school wish to take the temporary worker on a permanent basis we do not charge full release fees, they are according to the amount of time the temp has worked for the school.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1) We advertise on the following websites:

hotonline.com, Totaljobs.com, Fish4jobs.co.uk, Monster.co.uk, Our website, Job Centre, Local Press, Word of mouth

2) We sift through applicants

3) We complete face to face 1 hr competency based interviews

4) We conduct competency tests such as setting up experiments, typing and Microsoft Office.

5) We follow DFE Guide lines in our clearance procedures, gaining our candidates full working history from leaving school, to date

6) We produce files on all candidates which can be taken to schools including:

  Proof of ID,

  Eligibility to work in the UK

  Pocal check

  Enhanced CRB check

  Previous employment references covering up to past 5yrs

  Proof of qualifications relevant to the role

  Proof of address

  Proof of name change

7) An Independent Auditor has to sign off the candidate as clear to work subject to all of the above.

8) We obtain suitable references.
